newme is operated by New Media Technologies, Inc. ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to run our business and respond to you, and nothing more.
What we collect
- What you give us. If you contact us, book a call, or sign in, we receive what you submit — name, email, company, and anything you write to us.
- What your browser sends. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, page visited) for security and debugging. We don't run third-party analytics or ad trackers on this site.
What we do with it
- Respond to you and deliver what we've agreed to.
- Improve the service and prevent abuse.
- We don't sell your data and we don't share it with marketers.
How long we keep it
Server logs are rotated within 90 days. Inquiry and customer records are kept while we're working together, plus the time needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Email hello@getnewme.ai.
SMS data
When you use the newme SMS service, we use your phone number to identify you. We retain the content of inbound and outbound text messages, along with associated metadata (timestamps, delivery status, message IDs), to operate the service, support customers, debug issues, and improve over time. We do not sell SMS message content or phone numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS information may be shared with carriers and Twilio (our messaging infrastructure provider) solely as necessary to deliver messages.
Updates
We may update this page. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
