These terms cover your use of newme — the website at getnewme.ai and any custom AI tools we deliver to you. The service is operated by New Media Technologies, Inc. By using newme you agree to these terms.
What we do
We design and build custom AI tools for small businesses. The specifics — scope, deliverables, pricing, and timing — are set out in the order form or statement of work we sign with each customer. Those documents control if anything in them conflicts with what's here.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: don't break the law with it, don't try to access accounts that aren't yours, don't reverse engineer the underlying systems, and don't use it to harm anyone else.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in credentials private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it "as is". Some things will break sometimes. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and material changes will be communicated to active customers.
SMS messaging program
newme operates an SMS-based assistant program ("newme SMS") for customers of New Media Technologies, Inc. Customers opt in by creating a newme account at https://getnewme.ai, adding their phone number on the account settings page, and then sending a text message to the newme line. Opting in confirms consent to receive SMS responses from newme in reply to user-initiated messages.
Program name: newme SMS.
Description: An assistant that replies to user-initiated text messages using the AI tools each customer has subscribed to.
Message frequency: Variable. newme sends one or more messages in response to each user-initiated request; the program does not send unsolicited messages.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan.
Support: Email hello@getnewme.ai or manage your account at https://getnewme.ai/account.
HELP: Reply HELP to any newme message to receive help and support contact information.
STOP: Reply STOP to any newme message to immediately opt out of the SMS program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages until you re-opt-in by texting START or by re-adding your phone number on your account page.
Carriers and wireless providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
